After enjoying a weekend without a match, the players stepped up preparation for the preliminary final against Adelaide at the Ricoh Centre today.The day began with a press conference, with Jordan Lewis and Brad Sewell fronting the media about the match against the Crows on Saturday evening at the MCG.
The midfield pair spoke highly of Adelaide, in particular the number of match winners they possess in their side with the likes of gun forward, Taylor Walker always dangerous.
Sewell also said there are no easy games in finals.

The players ventured out onto the oval at the Ricoh Centre for a light session to begin a day of training.
Lance Franklin, Luke Breust and Max Bailey enjoyed some handballing and kicking drills.
The group then focused on some fast-paced hanballing drills where voices were high and the players were in good spirits.

It was then into the gym, where selected players took part in a boxing regimen.
