Three young Hawks ink new deals  

Olly Hanrahan played seven senior games in 2020 to take his career tally to 16 AFL matches.

This year the 22-year-old continued to hone his craft as a quick small forward capable of hitting the scoreboard.

Hanrahan’s opening fortnight of the season showed plenty of promise, averaging 14.5 touches and a goal per game.

But a failure to hit the scoreboard in the next two games led to the youngster being left out of the senior side in the Hawks’ Round 5 match-up with GWS.

Hanrahan didn’t appear at senior level again until Round 13.

He managed to string three games together before body troubles curtailed the final few weeks of the 2020 campaign.

Entering his fourth year on the Hawks list, Hanrahan will be looking to take his game to another level in 2021.
