Will Day and Denver Grainger-Barras are two names creating a buzz within the Hawthorn faithful at the moment.
Pick 6 and 13 in the 2020 and 2019 national drafts respectively, Day and Grainger-Barras are two of the highest selections the Hawks have had over the past decade-and-a-bit.
The pair now figure as staple items of the Hawks defensive line for at least the next decade.
The man currently overseeing their development as defenders, Backline Coach Chris Newman says the pair is hungry to drive the club's next wave of success.

"Will has got a bit of an experienced mentality, he picks up the game really well and reads it well, so he is able to instruct and verbalise because of that," Newman said.
"I think he feels stronger within himself and more confident within himself second year around."
Playing in 11 of the Hawks final 12 games in 2020, Day's meteoric rise saw him claim an impressive top-10 finish in last year's Peter Crimmins Medal count.
Newman will now be hoping Grainger-Barras can similarly have an influence at senior level in 2021.
"Denver is one that isn't shy to have his voice heard, which I think is a really good thing and an important thing that he will need to carry with him to execute his role," Newman said.
"So, they're both training really, both similar in the way they carry themselves and go about things, reading the play and trying to impact with intercept and using the ball well.
"I'm looking forward to seeing those guys work together - I think it's a good thing that those guys can learn and grow together from the back half."
