Hawthorn has confirmed two changes to last week's starting 22 ahead of the side's clash with Essendon on Sunday.
Debutant Lachlan Bramble and midfielder James Cousins have been called upon, while James Worpel (suspension) and Harry Morrison (hamstring) will be on the sidelines.
The side's medical sub against the Swans, Josh Morris, is listed amongst the emergencies.
