Luke Breust and Jacob Koschitzke have been named in the annual NSW State of Origin team of 2021.

Selected on behalf of the NSW Australian Football History Society, the team was selected from the pool of 51 players currently on AFL lists who originate from NSW. 

Like the All Australian team, this side is only ceremonial and will not compete in any matches as one. 

Breust (33 goals) and Koschitzke (27 goals) finished in first and second place respectively in Hawthorn's goal kicking count this year. 

The cast of selectors for this team comprise of some of the biggest names in football, including Richard Colless (Convenor), Gerard Healy, Mike Sheahan, Wayne Carey, Mark Maclure and Rod Gillett.
