Tamara Luke has been crowned Hawthorn’s 2021 VFLW Best and Fairest.
Luke was named the club winner on Thursday night after an impressive season.
The fan favourite returned from playing with St Kilda in the AFLW to rejoin her old side of the brown and gold for the 2021 season.
She instantly impressed with her ability to impact the game week in, week out, putting together several strong performances.
In her fourth season with the Hawks, Luke finished second in the league for total contested marks (20) and sixth for hit-outs (200) from her nine matches.
Aside from her impressive on-field performances, her leadership and experience was also a particular stand-out in 2021.
Luke's involvement with the Hawks began in 2017, and in 2019 she was appointed as the club's captain after two seasons as vice-captain.
The 33-year-old led her side out to battle in 12 matches before being selected by St Kilda with Pick 33 in the 2019 Women's Draft.
But, after two seasons with the Saints while in which she battled recurring injury issues, Luke was delisted in March and made a return to Hawks for the 2021 VFLW season.

Catherine Brown finished second in the Best and Fairest count following her stand-out season.
In just her fifth year of playing Aussie Rules football, Brown made her mark in the VFLW competition, demonstrating an ability to play strongly across multiple positions.
The 27-year-old showed her consistency over the season throughout her nine matches, and was been named among Coach Bec Goddard’s best on ground over several games.
A defensive star, Brown recorded the sixth-most rebound 50s for the season (44) in the league.
Rounding out the top honours was Hawthorn Captain Meg Hutchins who finished in third place.
A champion of women's football, Hutchins has built an incredibly impressive resume throughout a career that first began in 2003.
The club award marks a sweet finish for the 39-year-old who retired at the end of the 2021 season after more than 250 games across the AFLW and VFLW.
She finished the season as Hawthorn's leading disposal-getter with a total of 205 to her name, and her 73 rebound 50s for the year was the highest in the league.
She also came third in the competition for total effective kicks (104).
