Hawthorn's Peter Crimmins Medal count is done and dusted, with Tom Mitchell taking out his third club best and fairest honour.
The ball magnet was ultimately a runaway winner, finishing comfortably ahead of runner-up Blake Hardwick and Jaeger O'Meara who finished in third spot.
The trio who finished on the podium made up the top three for the duration of the count, as they made a fast start to their respective campaigns before continuing that momentum throughout the season.
Dylan Moore's break-out season was rewarded with a fourth place finish, while Chad Wingard's incredible form in the final month of the year saw him hurry home to claim the final spot in the top five.
