A Hawthorn Football Club Nominations Committee, made of both board members and independent members, has held its first meeting this week.
The Committee will meet regularly to identify potential candidates for the position of the President to ensure that there is proper succession planning in place for the Club. It will ensure that candidates identified for the role of President are critically assessed and evaluated against the criteria for the role.
The Committee is made up of:

- Andy Gowers
- Geoff Harris
- Katie Hudson
- Anne-Marie Pellizzer
- Don Scott
The Committee has agreed to report back to the Board with recommendation on a President successor by June 30, 2022.
