Hawthorn’s recruiting team has been boosted by the addition of experienced recruiter Mark Finnigan.
Finnigan will join the Hawks as Player Acquisition Manager following a 17-year stint at North Melbourne, where he most recently served as the Kangaroos’ National Recruiting Manager.
Hawthorn National List & Recruiting Manager Mark McKenzie was pleased to welcome Finnigan to the team.
“Mark possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience across the AFL recruiting landscape, and we are thrilled to have him onboard,” McKenzie said.
“Mark is well-respected throughout the industry and will provide some great assistance in the overall operations of the list and recruiting department”.
“We look forward to Mark commencing with the club at the end of June.”
Hawthorn next recruiting move will come as early as next week, with one selection in this year’s mid-season draft.
The draft begins Wednesday 1 June from 6.30pm.
