Sam Frost has copped a one-game ban following an incident in Hawthorn’s clash against Gold Coast on Saturday.

Frost has been charged with forceful front-on-contact against Brandon Ellis during the fourth quarter of the Round 11 match at TIO Stadium.

Based on the available evidence, the incident was assessed as careless conduct, medium impact, high contact.

Frost has accepted a one-match suspension with an early plea.
