The Hawthorn Football Club Nominations Committee comprising both board members and independent members has been convened.
The Committee is responsible for identifying an individual to receive the Board's recommendation to fill a Board vacancy at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Committee will evaluate candidates having regard to the skills required by the Board and gender and diversity considerations. The Board is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer, and risk management and compliance experience would be useful.
The Committee is made up of:

- Geoff Harris - Independent
- Lucinda Nolan – Independent
