Hawthorn star Aileen Gilroy has polled her first AFLW coaches’ votes following a scintillating performance against Richmond on Sunday.

Gilroy began the day up forward but was swung back into defence following a few outs and excelled in both positions.

She finished the game with a team-high 17 disposals to go with a game-high 12 tackles and 536 metres gained.
