Hawthorn's inaugural AFLW season will come to an end on Saturday night when the side travels to Perth to face Fremantle.
The game will mark the last ever for Vice-Captain Jess Duffin who hangs up the boots after a marvellous stint as an inaugural AFLW player.
The Hawks come into the game with three wins and six losses for the season and will look to bounce back from a disappointing result against Brisbane last week.
