Hawthorn crowned Tilly Lucas-Rodd as its inaugural AFLW best and fairest winner on Thursday night in what marked another historic occasion for the club. 

Lucas-Rodd was closely followed by Aileen Gilroy as runner-up and teen sensation Jasmine Fleming in third place. 

Gilroy and Fleming also took home the Gold Standards Award and Rising Star Award, respectively, while Tahlia Fellows won Most Improved, Tamara Smith was deemed Most Courageous and Tamara Luke was named Best Club Person.

Akec Makur Chuot kicked the Goal of the Year while Ainslie Kemp claimed the Mark of the Year. 

The night also included a special performance of Cyndi Lauper's 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun' by none other than AFLW Senior Coach Bec Goddard!
