Box Hill has made seven changes to the side that went down to Collingwood by 29 points on Sunday at Box Hill City Oval.
AFLW defensive duo Louise Stephenson and Laura Elliott headline the inclusions for the Hawks' clash against Port Melbourne on Friday night at ETU Stadium.
Box Hill's backline has been further boosted by the return of Jess Trend while captain Nicole Garner will also add some stability in defensive 50.
Recent Hawthorn AFLW draftee Kristy Stratton will play her first game of the season while fellow midfielder/ forward Sophie Locke returns after missing last week's match.
Rounding out the inclusions is pacey midfielder Annie Muir, who has recovered from a shoulder injury she sustained in Round 1.
Unfortunately, the Hawks have sustained two more injuries with Nadia von Bertouch and Akayla Peterson sidelined for the Friday night clash.
AFLW trio Janet Baird, Charlotte Baskaran and Catherine Brown also come out of the side, as do Caitlin Thorne and Drew Ryan.
