Star recruit Emily Bates has claimed time trial honours in her first pre-season as a Hawk.
The premiership player was closely followed by emerging defender Emily Everist and speedy winger Kaitlyn Ashmore.
Young gun Jasmine Fleming and draftee Kristy Stratton rounded out the top five.
A number of players also recorded personal best times, including defenders Catherine Brown and Jenna Richardson and forwards Tahlia Fellows, Tamara Luke and Sarah Perkins.
Hawthorn AFLW High Performance Manager Olivia Knowles said the group as a whole was impressive on the track.
"The group performed really well and the players' hard work throughout the off-season was evident," she said.
"We had 12 players complete the time trial for the first time and it was particularly pleasing to see the way they took to the challenge."
Knowles particularly praised the work of Bates who produced a brilliant run to win the time trial.
"Bates’ experience shone through in her run," she said.
"Her physical and mental resilience set a great example to our younger athletes.
"To have one of our youngest players in Emily Everist provide her with some healthy competition was exciting to see as well."
