Hawthorn will welcome back Seamus Mitchell and Denver Grainger-Barras for the club’s Round 19 clash with Richmond.

Mitchell returns to the side after being managed for last weekend’s match against North Melbourne, while Grainger-Barras is added to the main team having been used as the substitute in Round 18.

Fergus Greene (injured) and Lloyd Meek (omitted) make way for the two changes.

Hawthorn Head of Football Rob McCartney said the duo deserved their opportunity to return to the starting 22.

“Seamus was in fantastic form but needed a week to ensure he was ready for the last few games of the year. His ability to come straight back into the side showcases his development and progress over the past 12 months," McCartney said.

“Denver brought some real energy as the sub last week and has managed to kick a goal in both of his last two matches. This is a real opportunity for him to show some of the development he has made over the course of the year."
