Hawthorn's AFLW team hit the track at Kinetic Stadium, Frankston on Wednesday night for an intense session as they edge closer to the 2023 season.

With just under a month to go until the Hawks host Essendon at Frankston in Round 1, the team had a good opportunity to reacclimatise to the ground that saw them win two of its three AFLW games last season.
