Hawthorn has added six names to its squad as the club prepares to meet Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday.

Potential first-gamer Henry Hustwaite features among Brandon Ryan, Jai Serong, Tyler Brockman, Max Ramsden, Ned Long on the extended bench, while Chad Wingard (Achillies), Mitch Lewis (foot) and Bailey Macdonald (sub) are the confirmed outs.

The extended squad will be narrowed down to 22 - plus four emergencies - tomorrow.

The Hawks will be hoping to make it three wins in a row after taking down two top-eight teams in Collingwood and Western Bulldogs in recent weeks.

Meanwhile, Melbourne will be looking to bounce back from a narrow four-point loss against Carlton last week.

Sunday will also see the return of Melbourne's Pink Lady Match in support of Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA).

Hawthorn will reveal its Round 23 team on Friday at 5pm on www.hawthornfc.com.au and across its InstagramTwitter and Facebook.
