Hawthorn midfielder Jasmine Fleming took another step in her rapidly developing AFLW career in 2023, being named co-vice-captain at just 18 years of age.
Fleming played all 10 games last season after missing one game the season prior while balancing Year 12 studies.

Round 3 saw Fleming get nominated for the 2023 AFLW Rising Star award off the back of recording 18 disposals, four marks and four tackles in her team's loss at Fremantle Oval.
The 18-year-old stood up tall on what was otherwise a disappointing day for the brown and gold.
