Hawthorn will take on the Western Bulldogs on Friday 6 September in the AFL's Second Elimination Final.
The fixture was confirmed by the league on Monday morning after the Hawks nabbed their 14th win on Saturday to secure 7th place at the conclusion of the home and away season.
It sets up a date with 6th placed Dogs, with Hawthorn now preparing to return to September action for the first time since 2018.

- Competing Club Members: 10am-2pm
- AFL Members: 12pm
- General Public: 3pm
Members can purchase two tickets per member barcode. This means a member can purchase a ticket for themselves and a non-member.
