Hawthorn utility Harry Morrison has inked a two-year contract extension, keeping him at the club until at least the end of the 2026 season.
Morrison has played 103 games for the brown and gold since joining Hawthorn with Pick 74 in the 2016 national draft.
The 25-year-old suited up for 12 games in 2024, including two finals appearances, averaging 15.3 disposals, 4.3 marks and 3.3 score involvements.
Over the years, he has continued to prove his reliability and versatility, playing both as a defender and showcasing his run and carry on the wing.
Hawthorn National List and Recruiting Manager Mark McKenzie said Morrison’s new deal was reward for effort.
“Since arriving at the club eight seasons ago, Harry has consistently proven his reliability and versatility,” McKenzie said.
“Harry was able to celebrate his 100th game this season and become a key contributor in the back half of the season, showcasing his ability to step up in big moments, especially during our finals campaign.
“Harry continually demonstrates he is willing to play any role for the team, with a capacity to perform through the midfield, on the wing or down back, and we’re excited about what he can deliver for the brown and gold in this new deal.”
