Hawthorn’s Mattea Breed took the term ‘up north’ to new heights when she took a spectacular mark in her side’s six-point win over the Demons in Cairns to be nominated for the Week 9 Mark of the Year.
Breed had just laid a strong tackle late in the third term, moments before she flew high above a pack of players to take a mark just outside the Hawks forward 50.

Voting closes on Thursday October 31 at 10am.
