Hawthorn defender Tamara Smith has been voted the Week 10 MVP for her strong performance in the Hawks' 23-point win over the Tigers on Sunday afternoon.

Smith was her side's number one rated player on the ground, finishing with 18 disposals and an equal game-high eight intercept possessions.

The 24-year-old laid six tackles and took five marks, highlighting her importance among the Hawks backline.  

This marks Smith’s first MVP nod for the 2024 season.
