We are set to kick off on Saturday 29 March in Launceston at UTAS Stadium, and this year is special as 2025 marks 100 years since we joined the VFL/AFL. It’s also the year Launceston and the Tamar Valley community are quietly proud—and just a little chuffed—to be named the #4 Region in the world on Lonely Planet’s Best in Travel List.
Whether you are a local or visitor, Launceston – or Launnie for short, will be switching things up with special offers, some Hawks hot tips for things to do, and of course painting the town with brown and gold.
