KEY defender James Frawley has been named to make his return from injury through the VFL for Box Hill Hawks on Sunday.

The ladder-leading Hawks will take on the eighth-placed Werribee Tigers at Avalon Airport Oval in Werribee.

Frawley has missed the past three weeks after dislocating his shoulder in Hawthorn's Round 13 match against Essendon.

Hawthorn's GM - Football Operations Chris Fagan said Frawley would play in Box Hill's Round 15 clash, provided he gets through a training session on Saturday.

The 26-year-old is one of 15 Hawthorn-listed players named in Box Hill's 27-player squad to face the Tigers.

Brendan Whitecross has also been named to play his first VFL game since Round 11.

The Hawks will enter the match on the back of three consecutive wins.

However, the Tigers are one of two teams to have beaten the Hawks this season - by just five points in Round 4.
