GAME week four has finished, and we’re now going into an international break, so the next game is not until September 12.

We’ve got a new leader in the Hawks league, Logan Cheers, and his team Nice Ron has had an outstanding week.

He scored 65 points, and he’s actually in the top 10,000 overall.

Logan is ranked 8,267 out of 3.37 million people, so that’s a pretty impressive start to his season, and he had three Tottenham players plus Andre Ayew from Swansea on his bench.

Ayew scored 13 points, so Logan had an outstanding week, but could have had an even better week.

He’s got a two-point lead from Ben McKay, whose team Tomato Grealish also has Ayew, plus David Silva from Machester City, Wayne Rooney from Manchester United and the in-form Callum Wilson from Bournemouth.

With 59 points, he also had a pretty impressive week.

Paul Puopolo is still the best of the Hawks’ players, sitting in 20th place, with Jarryd Roughead in 36th.

Poppy does have a decent looking side – he captained Silva, which got him a big 12 points and was a pretty impressive move.

He’s hung onto Phil Jagielka from Everton which has paid dividends, despite Everton’s horrendous fixtures, while Joe Hart from Manchester City in goals is a pretty safe bet, but a bit too pricey for my liking.

As far as my team goes, I ‘wildcarded’ in game week three and was pretty happy with the outcome.

I scored 63 points in game week three, followed by 41 points last week, to move into 194th spot out of 331 players in our league.

But I did take a hit, I made two transfers – to get in Pedro after his Chelsea debut and Wilson after his hat-trick in game week three, in place of Dimitri Payet from West Ham and Bafetimbi Gomis from Swansea City.

While my team has a very average rank of around the 1.5 million mark, I’m very happy with my team at the moment.

Manchester City are the team of the moment, so I’ve got three of their players – Aleksandar Kolarov, who seems to have locked down the left-back role; Silva, who is probably my favourite EPL player; and Sergio Aguero, who takes up a significant amount of my budget, who has had a slow start but does look dangerous.

I’m looking for Aguero to come good after the international break.

As far as the EPL goes, Manchester City is on fire and is yet to concede a goal this season and have chalked up four wins from their four games.

Crystal Palace (second) have been a bit of a surprise – not many teams go to Stamford Bridge and beat Chelsea under Jose Mourinho, so they did a great job – and Leicester City has continued its good form from last season and sit in third place.

Swansea City (fourth) has really upped its attacking threat this year, and Gomis has scored four games in a row to start the year and might be a worthy inclusion, also his team’s upcoming schedule looks tough.

Manchester United have been getting points but not playing particularly well, while Arsenal look really nice and move the ball really well, but don’t seem to have enough of an attacking threat.

As far as some of the other teams go, Chelsea has four points from four games and sit eight points behind Manchester City, while my team Tottenham is yet to win a game and has three draws from four games, so we’re struggling at the moment.

Watch this space...

The transfer window has closed, but the biggest signing is Kevin de Bruyne, who has gone from Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga to Manchester City.

You want to have three Manchester City players in your team, but where he fits its pretty interesting, because the City team has a pretty settled line-up at the moment.

But de Bruyne is a star. He hasn’t come into the game yet, but he’s probably a midfielder about the £9 million mark, and expect him to be a very solid option.
