Smith played 19 games this season, the lowest number of games since his debut season in 2011.
A foot injury kept Smith out of the side for four weeks in the middle of the season missing games from round 8-13.

This was Smith’s ability to hit the scoreboard. Smith kicked nine goals this season compared to 26 the previous year.
Though the 30-year-old didn't kick as many goals as we’re used to, Smith’s speed and flare was still regularly on display.
His best game of the year came against GWS in the snow in Round 21 where he had 28 disposals, five marks and a goal.
The left-footer finished the season on a high celebrating his 200th game with a win over West Coast in Round 23.
