Despite being fresh off a third win for the season on the weekend, Hawthorn midfielder Isaac Smith is not content with the side’s current form.

Smith said, aside from the Hawks upset Round 1 win over Adelaide in Adelaide, the subsequent five weeks had been somewhat underwhelming.

“In Round 1 we were really good and had a great performance against Adelaide over there, but we’ve probably been a little bit scratchy since then.”

“We’re three and three at the moment, but I think only one win off second so it’s not all doom and gloom.

“But I think as a team, we’d like to be playing a little bit better than what we are.”
