James Worpel has been crowned Hawthorn’s 2019 Peter Crimmins Medallist.
It was Worpel’s consistency throughout the year that saw him top the leaderboard on 115 votes, with the youngster polling votes in all but one of his 22 appearances.

Ricky Henderson started the count strong, polling votes in nine out of the first 11 games, eventually finishing runner up with 104 votes.
The sole player to score a perfect 12 votes was Jack Gunston for his performance in Hawthorn’s Round 10 win against Port Adelaide, where he kicked a whopping six goals and collected 21 possessions.
James Sicily was the only player to poll two 11-vote games, both in Round 16 and Round 21, where he registered 28 and 33 disposals.
A surprise sixth place was Jarman Impey, polling 85 votes, despite having missed the last five games due to injury.
