This weekend Alastair Clarkson will become the 18th person in AFL/VFL history to coach 347 games.
He will equal former Fitzroy, Carlton, Brisbane and Richmond coach Robert Walls who coached the same number of games across the four clubs.
Clarkson began coaching the Hawks back in 2005 and during that time he has won 213 games, giving him a winning percentage of 62 per cent.
Only one current coach sits ahead of Clarkson on the list and that’s John Worsfold who has coached 365 games at West Coast and Essendon.
Sitting on top of the table is Mick Malthouse who has coached 718 games in a career spanning 31 years.
Clarkson is contracted at Hawthorn until at least the end of 2022 and will climb further up the list as his career continues.
