Players to Watch

Callum Porter

Hard to go past the Mustangs Captain in Cal Porter. Porter is as dependable as they come, always playing his role for the team, across whatever line the utility may be needed on the day. Porter has had a podium finish in the last three best and fairest counts, taking home the Col Austen Trophy in 2022 and finishing in second in both 2023 and 2024. It’s a safe bet that Porter will be another exciting watch for Box Hill this season.

Trent Bianco

While he’s a new face to the brown and gold, Trent Bianco is no stranger to elite-level football, having spent four seasons on Collingwood’s AFL list, playing 23 games. More recently, Bianco was on Footscray’s VFL list throughout 2024 before making the move to Box Hill ahead of the 2025 season. He’s sure to be an exciting pick up and likely to make an immediate impact for the Hawks.
