Luke Roberts is a passionate advocate of inclusion and accessibility for all people living with disability. He uses the Grid Pad technology, in conjunction with a Quha device which communicates with the Grid Pad. This technology, along with the support of his speech pathologist, enables Luke to write the VWFL match reports.

Welcome to my blog for Round 9, Hawthorn and Essendon. 

It was an interesting match. It was good to see the team play. My VWFL team is good.

At quarter time the score was Hawthorn 20 and Essendon 2.

Brian Owen had put us in the lead with a few good goals, but Essendon took the lead from us in the second quarter.

At half time the score was Hawthorn 26 and Essendon 27.

The close game was fantastic to watch. For this round the final scores were Hawthorn 44 and Essendon 72.
