Hawthorn has finalised its Round 19 team, confirming two changes ahead of Sunday’s clash with Fremantle.

Shaun Burgoyne will come back in after missing a month with a hamstring injury, while Jaeger O’Meara returns after being a late withdrawal from last week’s clash due to a hip complaint.

Dan Howe will miss through suspension, while youngster Harry Morrison has been omitted.

Morrison will still travel with the team, with Mitch Lewis, Conor Nash and Taylor Duryea also serving as emergencies.
