Today, the Hawks' VFLW side is preparing to make history, become the first ever Hawthorn women's team to play in a Grand Final.

The action will kick off at 12.30pm, as the girls take on Geelong at Etihad Stadium in the VFLW decider.

The Box Hill men will then continue the action with their VFL Grand Final against the Casey Demons. The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 from 3.20pm.
