Luke Breust
As he celebrates the milestone of his 150th match, Luke Breust will be looking to play an important role in the Hawks forward line this Friday night.
Breust has put consecutive strong games together over the last fortnight, averaging 17 possessions, 3.5 tackles, 3.5 inside 50s and two goals.
The small forward will be hoping to continue this form as his side sets itself for an all-important clash against the Swans.

Ryan Burton
The emerging defender has taken on some of the league’s best forwards this year with an impressive rate of success, but his biggest assignment of the year may await him this Friday night.
Burton seems like a likely option to be tasked with looking after Lance Franklin, who has led the Swans’ sudden renaissance over the past three weeks.
Franklin has averaged 4.3 goals over the last three games, including an eight-goal haul in the victory over the Lions in Round 7.
Whether Hawthorn coach Alastair Clarkson ultimately opts to employ Burton on the former Hawk remains to be seen, but the sentiment stands, whoever has the job on the Swans superstar will be playing a pivotal role in the Hawks’ plans.
Ben McEvoy
If the Swans have one weakness, it can be found in their ruck division.
So far this year they have chopped and changed between Kurt Tippett, Callum Sinclair, Sam Naismith and combinations between the three of them, yet they have struggled to pin down what their most favoured line-up looks like.
Conversely, the Hawks have found their ruck position to be one of their greater strengths of the year.
Ben McEvoy has had an impressive season to date, averaging a career-high 32.6 hit-outs and a goal a game.
The Hawks will be looking for McEvoy to give his midfielders first-use of the ball, and lead the way for the Hawks in their pursuit of a much-needed win.
Watch: Straight shooter McEvoy
Josh Kennedy
Despite enduring a supposed lacklustre start to the season, Kennedy nevertheless maintains a position inside the top 20 highest averages for disposals in the league, a standard he has held since the 2012 season.
Kennedy has been in frighteningly good touch over the last fortnight, averaging 36 possessions, 15.5 contested possessions, 5.5 tackles, 8.5 clearances and a goal a game.
Only Tom Mitchell and Adelaide’s Rory Laird have had more disposals than Kennedy over this period.
Hawthorn will be keen to keep a close eye on the Swans gun, especially considering his last three encounters against the Hawks have seen him average just shy of 30 possessions and 20 contested possessions as well as over seven tackles and clearances.

Dan Hannebery
Another Swan midfielder who was criticised for his form to start the season, Dan Hannebery has responded powerfully to reaffirm himself as one of the league’s leading on-ballers.
While returning to a more familiar average of 31.5 possessions over the past fortnight, Hannebery has also been quietly posting new career-highs in average tackles (6.2) and goals (0.8) this season.
The Hawks will be aiming to keep Hannebery to a quiet performance like he had in the two sides’ last encounter in Round 17 last year when he posted only 21 possessions in a season-low for his 2016 season.
