Blake Hardwick
Age: 18
Height: 181 cm
Weight: 78 kg
Games: 0
Recruited with pick 44 in the 2015 NAB AFL Draft, Hardwick promises to provide the Hawks with another potent forward option. Strong overhead and in front of goal, Hardwick was the TAC Cup's leading goalkicker in 2015.
Lachlan Langford
Age: 19
Height: 189 cm
Weight: 83 kg
Games: 0
Langford was able to play some consistent football last year at VFL development level in his first year on the Hawks' rookie list. An athletic utility, Langford will be looking to continue his development in 2016.
Jermaine Miller-Lewis
Age: 19
Height: 187 cm
Weight: 75 kg

Entering his second year as a rookie, Miller-Lewis will be looking to build on the promising signs he showed at VFL development level last season. He's a good reader of the play and has plenty of speed, making him a dangerous opponent.
Paul Puopolo
Age: 28
Height: 173 cm
Weight: 78 kg
Games: 111
It's hard to imagine a Hawks side without three-time premiership player Puopolo. He kicked 29 goals and averaged five tackles per game in his 23 matches last season, and is an integral component of the Hawks' forward mix.
Cyril Rioli
Age: 26
Height: 177 cm

Has had some brilliant seasons, but none better than last year. Played 24 games, kicked 42 goals, earned All Australian selection and won the Norm Smith Medal for a brilliant grand final performance.
Liam Shiels
Age: 24
Height: 183cm
Weight: 84kg
Games: 124
Having evolved from a run-with player into an inside midfielder who can also play forward, Shiels continues to quietly go about his work but has made a big impact. Led the way for tackles at the club last year while winning plenty of the ball, especially in contested situations.
*Note, Liam Shiels is also able to be picked in the medium/small forwards category.
James Sicily
Age: 21
Height: 186 cm

Sicily made his AFL debut last year, kicking four goals in three games around some standout performances at VFL level. Looks dangerous on the lead and knows how to split the sticks.
Isaac Smith
Age: 27
Height: 188cm
Weight: 81kg
Games: 111
One of the elite run-and-carry players in the AFL, Smith's ability to break the lines with leg speed or by foot causes plenty of headaches for opposition teams. A goal-kicking wingman, Smith was at his brilliant best in last year's grand final.
*Note, Isaac Smith is also able to be picked in the medium/small forwards category.
Zac Webster
Age: 20
Height: 180 cm
Weight: 77 kg
Games: 0
After an injury-interrupted 2015, Webster has been a standout pre-season performer according to Head Fitness Coach Andrew Russell. Has plenty of pace and offers a dangerous attacking option who can play through the midfield.
Dallas Willsmore

Height: 191 cm
Weight: 83 kg
Games: 0
After a strong season at VFL level, could 2016 be the year we see Willsmore debut at AFL level? Has a strong left foot and has spent time across half-forward, half back and on the wing.
