BOX Hill will be looking to finish the season on a high note on Saturday when they host the Casey Scorpions at Box Hill City Oval.
Will Langford returns in what is a boost for Box Hill, after missing last week with illness which kept him out of the Hawks’ side that travelled to Perth to play West Coast.
Matt Spangher has also been named as he continues his comeback from the hamstring injury which has kept him to just one AFL appearance this year.
After playing on restricted duties last week, the 2014 player will be looking to continue building his match fitness in the hope of an AFL call up.
The Hawks were downed by Collingwood’s VFL side last week, ending their hopes of playing finals in 2016.
There are still plenty of Hawthorn-listed players putting their hand up selection, however this will be their last chance to impress at VFL level.
Box Hill’s side will not be finalised until Hawthorn names its team to face Collingwood, with a number of players named on the extended bench for the AFL team.
