STAND-IN skipper Jordan Lewis was full of praise for his side after its 46-point win over the West Coast Eagles.

Lewis said the Hawks came into the grand final rematch with a plan - and stuck to it throughout the contest.

As always, Lewis was a consistent contributor throughout the match.

The midfield leader collected 28 disposals, laid six tackles and sent his team inside 50 on four occasions.

But he was quick to praise the Hawks' younger players after a strong performance across the board.
