Round 7, 2017
Hawthorn 14.10 (94) def Melbourne 14.7 (91)
Round 7, 2017, Frost was up against his new found colours.
In what was his third season at Melbourne, the defender was a force down back racking up 20 disposals, eight kicks and seven rebound 50s in his pursuit to defeat Hawthorn’s forwards.
The Hawks got over the line by three points, but Frost’s efforts didn’t go unnoticed with the defender being named in the Dees’ best.

Round 13, 2017
Melbourne 17.11 (113) def Western Bulldogs 8.8 (56)
In Melbourne’s massive 57-point win over Western Bulldogs, Frost was impenetrable in defence.
His rebounding ability was on show, with eight rebound 50s on top of 14 disposals and six marks.
Round 16, 2017
Melbourne 14.6 (90) def Carlton 12.10 (82)
Melbourne were heading into the Round 16 clash undermanned, but Frost stepped up and was instrumental in the side’s eight-point win over the Blues.
It was once again the incredible rebounding ability that proved to be Frosts’ strong suit as he collected five rebound 50s, along with 19 disposals and 12 kicks.
His performance once again earned him a spot in Melbourne’s top players of the day.
Round 9, 2019
West Coast 13.7 (85) def Melbourne 9.15 (69)
It was a devastating loss for Melbourne in Round 9 going down to West Coast by 16 points.
Frost was strong for majority of the game, despite the disappointing final term and was again named in the best with 15 disposals and six rebound 50s.
One of the most memorable highlights was when Frost demonstrated his speed and agility, by pulling off an incredible chase and tackle of Eagle, Jack Petrucelle.

Round 20, 2019
Richmond 13.15 (93) def Melbourne 9.6 (60)
On a wet MCG stage, Frost’s competitiveness was uncompromising, as the 26-year-old produced one of his best games.
Despite the 33-point loss, the defender registered some of his highest statistics of the season wth 20 disposals and eight rebound 50s.
