Young Hawk Jacob Koschitzke has undergone surgery after injuring himself in Hawthorn’s intraclub match last Friday. 

Koschitzke left the field early in the third quarter clutching his shoulder, with scans revealing an AC joint injury.

He is expected to be sidelined for four to six weeks.

The Hawks will provide a full injury list update following the first Marsh Community Series game, which will be held at RSEA Park at 7.10pm on Thursday 20 February.
