Hawthorn has named a strong side ahead of its opening Marsh Community Series match-up with St Kilda at RSEA Park on Thursday night.
Headlining the squad of 26 is the pair of Tom Mitchell and Jonathon Patton, who both spent the entire 2019 season on the sidelines.
Patton's fellow recruit Sam Frost has also been selected for what will be the former Demon's first chance to impress the brown and gold faithful.
GM – Football Graham Wright said the club was looking forward to getting the most out of its first pre-season dress rehearsal.
"We've named a pretty experienced line-up to take on the Saints tomorrow night," Wright said.
"It's going to be really exciting to see Tom back out there after he has worked so hard this past year, while I'm sure the supporters will be keen to have a look at Jon and Frosty as well."
Other notable selection stories see Ben McEvoy named at centre half-back after a summer training in the defensive line while the trio of Damon Greaves, Mathew Walker and Darren Minchington who are yet to make their senior debut for the Hawks are also set to get a run.
The Hawks will take on St Kilda at RSEA Park in Moorabbin at 7.10pm AEDT on Thursday, February 20.
