After enjoying the long weekend, the players were back at the Club on Wednesday for more pre-season training as the 2014 NAB Challenge and home-and-away season edges closer.

The players began their day with a solid session out on the Ricoh Centre oval before heading back inside for some lunch and a weights session.

Each player followed their set programs as set out by the Club's fitness staff as they worked hard to prepare their bodies for another rigorous season of AFL football.
