The premiership duo are joined by ruckman Luke Lowden who will make his AFL debut, while Matt Spangher will also return.

David Hale will miss the trip to Tasmania, however, after failing to overcome a corked quad, while Will Langford, Jonathan Simpkin and Mitch Hallahan have been omitted.

Rioli missed just three weeks with a hamstring injury sustained in Round 8 but after training strongly both this week and last, he will return and add pace and excitement to Hawthorn’s team.

Lewis, missed just one week with adductor soreness – a complaint that saw him be a late withdrawl for last week’s win over the Giants. He also training strongly this week.

Loweden, a  204cm ruckman, will finally make his debut after five years on the list.

A developing ruckman, Lowden has been one of Box Hill’s most consistent players this season, will the strength in his performances constantly putting his name at the forefront of the mind’s of Hawthorn’s match committee.

Lowden has averaged 22.5 hit outs and a goal a game in his six matches this year.

He was best on ground in Box Hill’s 52-point win over Coburg on ANZAC weekend, winning the medal for best on ground with 24 hit outs, 17 possessions, eight marks and two goals.

Spangher, meanwhile, returns after recovering from an ankle injury and will bolster Hawthorn’s big man stocks.

Ben Stratton (adductor) and Ben McEvoy (corked hamstring) haven’t yet recovered from injury and won’t fly to Tasmania.
