Suckling met with Katelyn, her mum and dad, sister and grandparents and took them on a tour of the Ricoh Centre gym before participating in a photo shoot to help promote CFV.
The shoot also saw the Hawks star and Katelyn use the trampoline in the gym, which is a great way for those with CF to get their exercise.
Suckling then took the HawksTV mic to interview Katelyn, her dad Martin and CFV Fundraising Manager, Sonya Kennedy about the CF and how we can help.
Check out the video in the player above.
The Big Bounce event will aim to raise awareness of CF and the benefits of trampolining, where CFV challenge Victorians to Bounce during May.
There will be three ways people can actively participate:
1. Host a Big Bounce party – for those who have access to a trampoline, hosting a Big Bounce Party is an ideal way to invite family and friends along to raise funds for CFV.
2. Everyday Hero ‘65’ Challenge – create your own or team trampolining challenge with friends, family, and work colleagues
3. Join us at Bounce – a massive indoor trampolining universe located in Glen Iris where all that come will have a chance to bounce with our ambassadors, costumed characters and have fun.
