On the third day of pre-season, the first to fourth year players hit the gym to get their bodies ready for the 2014 season.

Senior players Ben McEvoy, Ryan Schoenmakers and Matt Suckling continued their early start while the youngsters were keen to add some size to make an impression next year.

The players were also joined by some of their more senior teammates, with veteran Sam Mitchell heading into the gym along with Matt Spangher, Shaun Burgoyne, Jack Gunston and Kyle Cheney who have been training before officially returning on 2 December.
