HAWTHORN recruit Brian Lake will make his debut for the Club against North Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday.
Lake is one of two inclusions for the Sunday twilight fixture, replacing the injured Ryan Schoenmakers who is set to miss the remainder of 2013 with a ruptured ACL.
Brent Guerra joins Lake in the selected 22, after general soreness saw the Club err on the side of caution with the veteran, opting not to have him travel with the side for the Round 4 win over Fremantle in Tasmania.
Guerra replaces the injured Taylor Duryea (corked thigh) while Kyle Cheney, Jordan Kelly and Matt Spangher are the emergencies.
Lake was traded to Hawthorn on the opening day of last season’s trade period and will play his 198th AFL match on Sunday.
