Hawthorn small forward Luke Breust's one-handed mark from the final quarter of Friday night’s game has been nominated for Mark of the Year.

With just 3.40 remaining on the clock, midfielder Jordan Lewis received a handball from Cyril Rioli which allowed him to kick long to a one-on-one contest where Breust outmuscled his opponent and almost lost his footing as his legs tangled with Jimmy Webster.

Breust managed to keep his feet and in the nick of time put out his right hand to trap and mark the footy before going back and kicking the goal.
