The Hawks and Odyssey House get 'Funny4Money'
'Funny4Money' encourages you to have some fun during April by proving you ‘don’t have to drink to be silly’.
The Hawks are teaming up with Community Partner Odyssey House to support Funny4Money - an online fundraising event where silly people (including you!) can pledge to do something mildly amusing, wildly wacky or absolutely hilarious to raise funds to help support the work of Odyssey House Victoria.
Funny4Money encourages individuals, schools, businesses and social clubs to have some fun from Friday 1 - Thursday 7 April by proving you ‘don’t have to drink to be silly’.
“The best thing about Funny4Money is that anyone can take part,” said Odyssey House CEO Stefan Gruenert.
Stefan himself has pledged to attend all of his morning meetings dressed as a superhero.
“I’ve always wanted to be Spiderman, he’s got some great tricks up his sleeve. And if my staff meeting gets really boring, I can give new definition to the phrase climbing up the walls!”
The funds raised from Funny4Money will go towards enhancing the services of Odyssey House to create new opportunities for people to make changes in their lives.
