Ballot results will be available from 9am EST Monday 24 September on hawthornfc.com.au
Members were required to register for the Hawthorn Football Club member ballot on Wednesday 12 September. Only members that successfully registered have been entered into the ballot.
Please be aware of the following important information regarding the Hawthorn Football Club member ballot:
- If successful in the ballot, the member who provided the credit card details during the ballot registration period must ensure they have sufficient funds available in accordance with prices detailed below.
- Members can log on to the Ticketek website or hawthornfc.com.au from 9am on Monday 24 September to see if they were successful in the ballot by checking for their Ticketek Account Number.
- Members who were successful in obtaining a 2012 AFL Grand Final ticket will automatically be charged for tickets
- Following the allocation of Grand Final tickets, rejected credit cards will be followed up on the day after the Preliminary Final. All payments which have not cleared by 5pm EST 23 September will result in tickets being cancelled.
- Tickets for successful members will be available for collection from all Victorian and selected interstate ticket collection outlets from midday EST Monday 24 September. Alternatively the Ticketek box office at the MCG (Gate 3) will be also be available on Grand Final day for ticket collections.
- Please note that only the credit card holder may collect the tickets and must present photo ID, the credit card used to purchase and the Ticketek Account Number.
It is highly recommended that the credit card holder collects their tickets prior to Grand Final day. 2012 AFL Grand Final tickets will not be posted.
